Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Travel Safe (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service description

Travel Safe is a visa day-counting tool. It tracks the number of days elapsed since a user-entered entry date and sends email alerts at user-configured thresholds. It is a convenience tool — not legal advice, not an immigration service, and not a substitute for consulting the official visa rules of any country.

We count days. Compliance with visa terms, overstay penalties, and immigration law is entirely the user’s responsibility.

3. Prohibited use

• You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service infrastructure.
• You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
• You may not use the Service to store or transmit sensitive personal data beyond what is required to track your own visa stays.

4. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Account page. Deletion permanently removes all associated data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Disclaimer

Travel Safe counts days from the entry date you provide. We do not verify this date against any external source. Inaccurate entry dates will produce inaccurate countdowns. The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for overstays, fines, deportations, or any consequence of relying on Travel Safe’s calculations.

Schengen Area visa tracking reflects a simple day count from your last entry. Full 90/180 rolling-window enforcement is not yet implemented. Do not rely solely on Travel Safe for Schengen compliance.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
